The driver got him to third in the line up

He is supposed to be good from there.

I didn't bet on him, but if  I  did, I wouldn't be happy.  That's my opinion of it.

The horse may be done etc etc or whatever.

The driver got him in a spot where everyone thought he would grind it out.

The horse lost.
I cant find fault with the drive.

I have to agree. If CC tries to go on he likely gets into a suicide battle with YG on LBF. Sitting third wasn't bad but the outer flow developed early so CC had to decide whether to sit in and take his chances late or come out and test LBF again. CC went for the win but just didn't have the horse. Can't blame CC.

correct on the overbet. Against that quality of field, and I can't say it was a bad drive more than the horse didn't have much pop. Left but couldn't get the near lead. Tucked in but at even money and going for $140k you have to pop back out and take a shot.... Just no trot....

Of course the horse has no idea of the odds .  All drivers screw up from time to time .  As a bettor , I expect that .  I just thought the drive  was very tentative.. Just because the horse has ground it out in the past, doesn't mean he can do it every time out.  The very best  drive the horse they have today , not the one from last month or two months ago. Obviously, I don't think he would have won even with a good drive.   All I can say is that if anyone thinks that was a good drive is God Bless and good luck.

By bad drive, which I totally agree with, the horse would've had to have been tons the best to win.  So did CC think his horse was tons the best?  Either he is too stupid or bad drive.  So, yeah, bad drive!

Anyone betting this guy & this horse at 1-1 against a stellar group bet the wrong goo.  noway  It was Guccio!

Horse has no early foot , and thus was a very bad bet at short odds form that spot. Winner was much the best---just inconsisitent all year. Full of trot yesterday. When shes right she can go with anyone except Market Share
