Editor's note: I grew up next door to  Tom and Dottie Brinkerhoff. She was an absolutely wonderful woman and a joy to be around. Dottie used to watch us kids and try to keep some semblance of order. Of course the biggest kid of all was always her husband Tom.

I fondly remember riding to Northfield with Dottie one night, making it from Burbank, Ohio to Northfield in 20 minutes....and that is 39 miles.  ;D She had a tough last few years...hell her entire adult life was tough, but she was remarkable!  heartluv redrose
