MTR Gaming Group Inc.announced Tuesday that it has satisfied all conditions of the Ohio Lottery's conditional license and has received its permanent license to install and operate video lottery terminals at its Scioto Downs racetrack in Columbus, Ohio.
On June 1 at 2 p.m., the new Scioto Downs will become the premier choice in the Columbus metro area for gaming, entertainment and exciting nightlife.

OK Ohio horsemen...I get the fact that we're glad to have slots, and that any percentage of something is better than 100% of nothing.  Having said that...what are the horsepeople's thoughts about the revenue split.  We you treated fairly?

If we can hold steady and not get the % cut as the years go by we should be fine.  but we have to get in gear and get our racing promoted and out there or we will be screwed in the long run.  slots is a bandaid .  not a cure.
