Any idea if Quinn has seen any of these pleas? How a guy can claim to be for the people of Illinois and then turn a blind eye to them while ignoring his own Legislature is beyond me....oh wait, no it isn't - it's Illinois where a nice fat check to his coffers would likely do the trick in a hurry. Gotta be at least six-figures though.
