Why didn't Irsay sweep that cadaver Caldwell out the door with the Polians?

I know why the McCaskeys hung on to Lovey. At the end of last season they extended him through 2013, and they don't want to pay two coaches. Whoever replaces Angelo won't want Lovey any more than the new Colt's GM will want Caldwell.

I do believe him and the whole staff will be gone. He was not allowed to do his year end press conference

I was talking about Caldwell in Indy. Lovie better win next year or he will be gone
