Illinois Radio Ads Against Racetracks
« on: November 28, 2012, 05:40:22 PM »
Several times a day I hear an ad that says casinos are losing money and jobs because of competition from racetracks. And, if tracks get slots it's the end of the world for casinos. What bullsh*t!

I'm not a fan of keeping the racing sport alive without serving a product that the public wants to see, but anytime someone says they can't make money selling gambling, booze, or nookie they are lying.
Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing it's idiot.

Here in Obamaland we never let the facts get in the way of an argument.  The casinos have more money than the race tracks.  Therfore, they win the buying political favor sweepstakes.

The casinos are paying for these ads and they have a lot more money to spend than the horsemen.
