Didn't this same group of people force a woman to marry her rapist as the only way out of her staying in jail ?

the downfall of our country is our freaking so called "news reportors " that are no more than national inquirer dirt junkies that just want to get their names in the news anyway possible. Stick a camera & mic in a fathers' face who has just lost his child in a fire or car crash. The world will come to an end and I will not know it cause I don't watch the shit.

Right you are, Niatross......forgot about that....these fine upstanding people and their culture (?) did in fact force a rape victim to marry the rapist. Glad to see folks rallying round' the troops. The flaming liberal Washingtonians and the guy on Pennsylvania Avenue will want to make an example of these Marines and rake em' over the coals. Bad judgement, yes, possibly so on their part but consider the whole course of action and what they have to put up with on a daily basis

Ive seen the video and I am pretty sure this was a hand held device used by one of their fellow Marines and not a journalist.
For me I have no issue with this. I would tell them to never do it again. Certainly not while someone is filming and move on.
But with the PC mentality of america now. They are at minimal losing their careers in the military and will be discharged. Possible they will face criminal charges even.
This is why I dont hold Rick Perrys talk of succession against him.

A Soldier's job is to kill people, and break things. If you don't want to back them, THEN DON'T SEND THEM!
If I were those Marines commanding officer, I would have said, "Good job, but don't EVER record it, dumbass!" (insert troops emoticon)
