Title: Illinois Harness to get giant infusion of new cash

Finally there is something to look forward too.  The favorite now for the new harness racino is 5 minutes from my house.   Wish they would provide protection for Illinois owners.  The vultures out east are already plannning to come take our money

Goodbye cash.  No new track  Cash will be coming but in much smaller amounts.  Already tracks have been striped of their cut of the new sports betting program.. When Arlington is turned into track houses, harness will be down to racing 3 winter months.  Unless some plans to reopen Balmoral are allowed we are doomed.
