Time for your 2014 Cleveland Indians to rise to the top like the cream of the Central!
Saw this pic today and I thought my Chitown brethren would like to enjoy it as well.

Batter up! Start of another year of fun in the sun along the shores of beautiful Lake Erie!

The Phillies have 11 runs already.
I didn't think they would score that many combined before May.

Make that 13 in the 6 th inning!

White Sox win! Cubs lose! Great way to start the season! yeahbabydrinkingguy

Having gone to the Pirates - Cubs game today it's safe to say that the Cubs might not win 55 games this year .

Mets lost
Granderson 0 for 5 with 3 strikeouts, I believe that free agent acquisition (how is 60 million for four years considered free?) goes down as a mistake before too long

Shrewd observations by two students of the game.
Sorry I'm so late in posting, but when I got back from the corner I work at 47th and King Drive, I had a mild OD.Will teach me not to try and measure stuff without my glasses.
My tour of the Cactus league this year revealed valuable insights. Sox will be better, but most likely only around .500. Abreu will be an exciting player to watch. Can cover the plate and anything within 6 inches of it and hit to all fields. The Cubs will be the Cubs.
I think the Indians might make the playoffs, but will bow out in the first round. Of course, they have disappointed me in the past. Who knows, this might be the year I make it to the shores of Lake Erie. I prefer to keep the memory of them playing in Municipal Stadium.
JJ take it easy on Granderson. He went to high school in a building designed by my cousin.
For those of you who bet on baseball, the Sox starter Wed., Paulino, looked horrid this spring, so take the Twins,.

I want to post this before todays first pitch. How about those undefeated White Sox! Should score a lot of runs this year now that they have an actual lead off man. However I think they give up a lot as well. 82 -80. yeahbabydrinkingguy
