I never thought I would see a trainer win 4 legs of the Levy and have 3 seconds on one night.
Way to go Ronnie, amazing night my friend.

agree Pezz but a 57.1 half which was the second slowest of the night ? It appeared that they basically gave him the race before the start as no one even appeared to want to leave..there's not many races I dont want to bet but these Levy series are getting pretty close

Congrats to Ron B and all the connections

Well in that field, IMO, the only horse that could beat him ( Apprentice Hanover betting public made him 2/5 over Foiled) didn't like the half one bit.
But for a 10 year old still doing what he is doing is f**king amazing.

If it's respect, then why don't they let him go 57:1 to the half in all his races. I mean he's made the most $$$$$$ of any SB. Show some respect rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1 I can see it now the final's will be a 4 horse Burke entry with maybe 3 or 4 other entries.

Because there's no Pet Rock or Golden Receiver in here to challenge him. That field was pathetic aside from Jody's horse, who showed he couldn't get around the half so well.
Nobody "let him go 57.1 to the half", it's that nobody could do anything about it.
Look at it this way; If I (slow, bald, old white guy) were playing one-on-one against LeBron he would beat me 100-0. After the game you ask me why did you "let him dunk on you over and over again". Why? Because I couldn't do anything about it.
Even if someone had pressed Foiled to a 53.1 half the result would have been the same; Foiled wins by open lengths. He's just tons better than these.

thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup His 1st half may have been the 2nd slowest of the night but what other
horse had a 55 flat back half or even close to it ? idunno No matter what happens in the rest of his
career this horse has NOTHING to prove, he's already done it ! bowdown bowdown
-
I agree. He has nothing to prove. Amazingly, still going strong. Hopefully, and I 'm pretty sure that's how it will be, he won't ever have to compete in lessor ranks when age catches up to him .

He raced good, as usual. Probably gets next week off to freshen up. slaphead

Horse is a freak, he may not be the fastest ever or win many races on the mile track but he is 10 years old and has the heart of a lion, damn horse just shows up every race and races his lungs out.
