POSITIVE TEST - ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE TEST
Human urine sample #10244 collected at Northfield Park on 7/3/13 from Tony Hall was found to contain oxycodone. Oxycodone is a potent, orally effective narcotic analgesic that is a Schedule ll drug under the Controlled Substances Act. O.S.R.C.-3769-18-09(C)&(D)18-09(F)(3) 18-99 During his suspension Mr.Hall is denied the use and privileges of all grounds sanctioned by the OSRC. All horses owned and/or trained by him are suspended and may only be transferred by the judges at Northfield Park and/or the OSRC in accordance to its policy.

Thank God he was not found with cannabis in his system. OSRC worries about the dumbest stuff.
