As long as the meat is cooked to the proper temperature, it has 4 hours to be consumed so if that was the case the main worry would be the regular cheese and nacho cheese. The lukewarm chicken would probably be gross as well.

Apparently some Chi-town politico did not get his palm greased properly. ;)

The problem with the hot dog itself might be more with the bun. It may have been handled by an employee with unwashed hands who was previously picking dingleberries.

Previously the inspections were made on off days, when no food was being served. Outrage with this practice caused a change to game-day inspections. (Plus, the inspectors got to watch the game for free)

I've heard that restaurant inspectors sometimes take several $100 bills in lieu of doing real close inspections.

Me too! My motto: If there's not too much mold, eat it!
BTW I just tossed a gallon of milk, unopened....use by Nov 7. ALso a six-pack of hot Italian sausage and some moldy cheese.
