Title: Raber?

Saw a horse trained by a Marvin Raber of Ohio easily win at the Meadows today, with Aaron Merriman in the bike. Horse trotted in 55.1, a fifth of a second from it's lifetime mark and won by 5 lengths. Is this the same Raber who was libeled in the past by some?

Marvin drove a long shot to finish second in a amateur race at Scioto a week ago.
