Title: So is Raceway move to Dayton done ?

I was just reading the latest minutes from the Ohio Racing Comission which included all the meetings that were held in March..... Way I read it, with the necessary modifications that the racing commission were requiring Penn Gaming to do on the enclosed facilties for the grand stand --- they announced that they had stopped contruction at both places and ( DAYTON AND AUSTINTOWN ) and stopped taking bids for future construction......

Commissioner Munson seemed to start doing a little backtracking asking Penn Gaming about additional alternative seating.

Any Word ?

They have the blessing of the commission to move, and they are going full speed a head moving much dirt and cement
