Title: M1 Saturday 5/11/13
Post by: CyberChamp on May 11, 2013, 02:54:03 PM
Looks chalky tonight.  Here are a few picks.  Good luck!

R1 - 1,7     6,8,3
R2 - 5    4,7
R3 - 1     3     2,6,5
R4 - 5,10    1($)    4,3
R5 - 5,2,6,8($),1($),7    4,9   3
R6 - 6,4,1     5
R7 - 1,5($),4,8    3,7   6
R8 - 4,3     6
R9 - 6($),10,8($)  9,3     5,4,7
R10 -  5,3,7    9,4    2,10

A few value plays for tonight:

Race 4 - STALLONE BLUE CHIP has a shot at a price.

Race 5 - FLIGHT EXEC outraced his odds in his first time out for the Allards.  Might be even better tonight.  CHEYENNE REIDER gets a real driver in Pierce and did win in 1:51.1 last year.

Race 7 - BLENDED WHISKEY gets a big driver improvement to Tetrick.

Race 9 - PANESTHETIC has the back class to win this.  CANE RIDGE, IMO, is facing much tougher, but gets a big driver improvement.  Not sure he can go with these, but has a chance if he leaves.

Good luck!

What a mile Fred And Ginger paced-1:48.1, even after getting hooked in the first turn by Jody Jamieson.

Mr. Pierce can team a m.f.!

That was an incredible mile.  I'm sure Doobie can't believe that he got caught!

Dube put Kingcole the one spot he could get beat and that was the front.

No kidding - brushes the lead up the back, paces 26.3 26.2 26.4 (119.4 last 3/4) and still gets caught! WTF. Looking forward to watching these heavyweights battle all summer.

When Kingcole starts getting caught regularly, he'll stop regularly and a lot of horses will get new lifetime records.

I wouldn't doubt that Jazz guy.  He's the only guy I know who bet that 50-1 Toscano trotter in Race 11 at M1 on Friday.

Sure wish he would've told me!   shootme

sorry bud, i was down and figured i need to go deep. thanks to Gregory's emotions for that 50/1 shot.

too bad that Scott Zeron couldn't win with a 40/1 shot in the 6th tonight.
