Title: Meadowlands Saturday
Post by: CyberChamp on March 02, 2013, 03:15:21 PM
Good luck tonight, guys!

R1 – 1,6,3      4    7,8($)
KILLER QUAKES – big speed against the bias last week sealed his fate, should bounce back tonight.

R2 – 4,2,6($),9    7,10
What’s the under/over on when ARC DE TRIUMPH will break, quarter pole?

R3 – 5($),7,1,3    6,10
RELENTLESS DREAMER has a big closing kick and is a nice price play.  MYSTERIOUS MOMENT was my mortal lock last week.  The result hurt the wallet.  GO GO RAIDER only managed a best win time of
1:53.2 last year, let’s beat him tonight.

R4 – 3865    4($),9         7(?)
Lachance blasting with WHAT’S THE STORY last time tells me that he thought he had a live one.  Let’s use that angle.  What’s the story with Yannick on this Surick horse ALWAYS THERE? Interfered with last time, but I don’t see the numbers.  3YO.

R5 – 1,10,4,8     7,2($),3,9
Costly break by SILVER EAGLE last time.  Soon to be running out of excuses.  Is AHEAD OF THE CURVE the real deal or did he just benefit from the closer bias last week?  Did win in sub-1:50 last year.

R6 - 2,3     4,6(?)
Not a fan of Mark Macdonald since he left WEG.  Either wins easily here or doesn't hit the board.

R7 – 5,6,7     8
Good race.  Giving ROCKIN THE HOUSE the edge if the track is fast tonight.

R8 – 9($),8($),2,6($),3     1
RECENT NEWS is a hard closer and needs a trip, but numbers look strong.  RAYMOND J should blast and is capable of a big two move win.

R9 – 8,6,1,2     7,5
Not to jump on the Pat Berry bandwagon, but ROCKNROLL JEWEL did put up a nice effort against OIL MAGNET two back.  Not many in here that can finish.

R10 – 12,4,8,11,3    5,9,6
VEAL MARSALA showed big speed against the bias and was way overmatched.  Hoping Allard can find room and have some patience.  ST PETE STAR gets TT, a good trainer change, Lasix, and move south of the border.  Hard for closers to win at Woodbine.  Deserves some respect here.

R11 – 9(?)    3,8    1,4
Post hurts for the heavy fav.  $$$ is on the line, won’t be easy fractions tonight.

I'm not playing tonight but I really like ESCAPE THE NEWS in a slight upset over Warrawee Needy in the 6th.

Good luck guys!

Jazz and I are alive to 134810/23 in the last two legs of ep4. Need another price here.

Mysterious Moment cost me a $5 p3 last weekend when Yannick beat him (it was 2nd leg). Hoping to get some of that back. :)
