Title: American Jewel Back On Track

After finishing second to Major Look in the Shalee, coming third in the EBC and losing to stablemate Romantic Moment in the Valley Forge, Jewel crushed a weak field in the Simcoe at Mohawk tonight for TT. She won by four in a stakes record 49.4. Jewel went off at 1/5.

I still don't think she is the same horse she was as earlier in the year.

She made it look very easy tonight. Nice mile to build up the confidence.
