There's a Lyle Lovett tune called "She's No Lady, She's My Wife".

One verse starts off:
The Preacher asked her, and she said yes I do
The Preacher asked me, and she said yes he does too

Pretty much says it all.

Great seeing you guys, and my Bride really enjoyed meeting y'all. Anytime you're visiting the young'un at EIU we'll do it again.

You'll have to let me know if you'll be @ Springfield at all we may have a couple going down there this year. I'll let Old & Slow know about the fair situation down your way and see if there is anything that can be done.

Mrs. Mo doc N couldn't stop raving about you both, thank you for the hospitality.

My Bride and I got to spend a little time with him after a concert here in town. One of the nicest folks you'll ever meet. Surprisingly, he's very shy offstage... also very small (even to me!). He's no bigger than a jockey. He, and "The Large Band" put on a great show.

I sensed that my Bride thought Julia Roberts made a mistake divorcing him. shhhhh
