In 1973 Tom ranked among top "five" race winners at the Grandview and Painesville meetings at Northfield.
In 1974 Brinkerhoff will train and drive horses owned by Jerry Osborne of Mentor, Ohio including the "Ohio Horse of the Year" Osborne Creed.
