I inherited 2 older sulkies in pretty poor condition. I am attempting to fix them up and can find no reference material on how to fix them. I have a transverse mounted leaf spring on one, with no hookup points. I have two sets of shocks, and again no mounting points. Does anyone know the proper mounting point? Is there any website that can give me instructions on how to rebuild them?

Any idea what brand they are? I am not that old but I never had any silkies with leaf springs or shock absorbers.

I suspect you might be referring to jog carts instead of sulkies. I'm not sure if I remember seeing shocks, but I have seen a leaf spring under the driver's seat that was attached to the butt end of the shafts. It was arched up under the seat to absorb bumps. Hope that helps.
